Family Packing List for a Short Trip
I love traveling. Once I had kids I didn’t want that to stop. My mom gave me the gift of traveling and I want to do the same with my own kids. With traveling with kids, comes a lot more stuff you have to remember to pack.
When we travel it’s usually for a short period of time. About four days. But again, a lot of stuff you have to remember to bring.
So I’ve compiled a list of things to make sure you pack when traveling with your family for a short trip.

This has been the basis of every family trip we have gone on. I just add more or less depending on how many days we’re going for but this is usually the foundation.
Traveling with kids can be a lot of fun when prepared. I share more about that here. As I mentioned before, traveling with kids means having more stuff, so I like to have a car crate with extras in the car. You can see what’s in my car crate here. Most importantly it’s important to have ready available activities for your littles and I share what we like to have here.
Also, don’t worry, I created a cute PDF checklist for you to save to Pinterest or on your phone.
love & light,
