Pregnancy Essentials Part Two

I didn’t think I would be back so soon with another pregnancy essentials post. If you were around for part one, everything in that post still holds true and is still lifesavers throughout pregnancy. Like people say, every pregnancy is different and I’ve had to add some things to my list with baby #3.

Nausea and the vomiting have been horrible this time around. And it’s not just in the first trimester, it’s been throughout my ENTIRE pregnancy. It seems to come in waves. Ginger ale was NOT cutting it for me. Ginger tea and ginger candy have been my go-to. Also, I discovered Sea-band. Apparently it’s a bracelet you can wear, I could only find the gum in stores and the gum worked like a charm.

Occasionally I would partake in my normal iced coffee but for the most part, I have been loving the Teeccino brand. It’s a caffeine-free herbal tea and when I make this, I don’t even miss real coffee. It tastes like coffee and it feels like it gives me an energy jolt the same way coffee would.

Get yourself a foam roller! This feels so nice on the legs and your back. Those aches and pains are so annoying but this feels so nice after a long day and you’re just trying to get comfortable.

Bath bombs are another essential this time around. I’ve been partaking in a lot more baths because the back pains are unbearable at times. You would think my body would be used to carrying three babies by now.

Overall, everything else is the same from the original post. I’ve also updated what’s been working for me in the maternity style section, so you can read more about that here.

Love & Light,

Jalesa
