Current Empties: 001

The best way to know if you really loved a product or not is if you actually used all of it. For me personally, if I really don't like something, I will no longer use it. If I really love a product or if it's okay, nothing too special, I'll try my best to use it until it's empty.

Here's what I've completely finished:

Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Deep Dive Cleansing Gel: I bought this in a sample set for when I went on my trip to New York. I really enjoyed this cleanser.  The texture of the product felt quite nice on my skin and gave it a cooling sensation almost. It wasn't a thick formula and it didn't have an overpowering scent to it. I just think it's a great everyday cleanser if you're not concerned about having your cleanser perform a certain task such as acne fighting or brightening.

E.l.f hydrating Gel Melt Cleanser: I absolutely loved using this product. It's the first step in removing my makeup. It does feel like a thicker gel but there's absolutely no scent to it and it doesn't burn your eyes. It makes taking off my eye makeup so much easier. The best part is that it's not crazy expensive!

Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water: I received this as a sample in a Sephora Play box I believe and this stuff is great. I actually just ordered the full size and it's not expensive at all. Again, I use this as a first step in removing makeup. Just drench a cotton pad and wipe your face to remove your makeup. It doesn't sting my eyes so I feel more than confident to use it in the eye area and it works.

Derma-E Hydrating Eye Cream:  I absolutely loved this eye cream. After using a few other eye creams, I have decided to repurchase this one. It really does hydrate the undereye area and a little goes a long way. There's no harsh scent and no eye irritation.

Morphe Banana Powder: This powder is nice to set your under eye area with and it brings in a little color. You don't need a lot. A little goes a long way. It lasted me a very long time and it doesn't dry out my under eye area.

Tarte Lights Camera Lashes Mascara: No surprise here. This is my favorite mascara and I have repurchased this multiple times, in trial and full size. This mascara gives my lashes just the right amount of volume and length. The formula isn't too wet and I love the mascara brush. I just finished my trial sized version and will be ordering a full size.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer in Taupe: I love this brow pencil and I am always so sad to see it go. The angle is just right. It's not too creamy and not too waxy but a perfect in between. It's very pigmented so no need to press down hard when doing your eyebrows. It lasts a lot longer than some of my other brow pencils.

Maybelline The Rocket Volum' Express Mascara: I picked this up because I needed a mascara. I didn't absolutely love it but it's not horrible. The wand is a bit thicker and the formula is wetter compared to other mascaras. But it does give your lashes extreme volume.
