October Beauty Favorites & Review

Oh October, how I love you so. You have been very good to me, I cannot complain. I have discovered some new beauty products that I love and have gone back to some oldies but goodies.

This Maybelline master prime by FaceStudio is pure love. I sometimes just wear it alone to blur and control my redness, just like the packaging says.

Tarte exposed blush and the e.l.f clear brow and lash gel are oldies but favorites. This gel holds my eyebrows in place without getting crusty or feeling tight. The blush is such a natural and beautiful color to slightly warm up the cheeks.

This NYX jumbo eye crayon in yogurt, I am obsessed with. I put it on my water line and it instantly opens my eyes.

And the NYX soft matte lip creme is such a gorgeous nude color that I love when I just want a touch of color.

As well as the e.l.f beautifully bare touch of nude lipstick, it matches my lips perfectly but is buildable if I want to make it a little darker.

The Maybelline better skin concealer has been my go to concealer for under my eyes. It is so natural and subtle and gives me good coverage. I do believe I need a darker color. I purchased light/medium, I think I need medium.

Here are some swatches:

New love: Wet n wild max volume plus mascara. I use this mascara practically every day.

Old love: E.l.f brow pencil in taupe. I love the formula, the brush, the packaging, etc. It is a constant repurchase for me when it comes to brow products.

Hair Care

So I am all for products with Argan oil, Moroccan oil, or any types of ingredients that are great for hair growth and curl revitalization. So when I saw these hair products in TJ MAXX for a great price, I had to get them. MOA stands for Melaleuca, Omega 3, Argan. It's supposed to be a salon professional hair care brand. I looked up the prices online and they are much more expensive, about doubled, compared to what I paid for at TJ MAXX. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, detangler, and curl vitalizer. I am not a fan of the shampoo and conditioner. I do not like the way it makes my hair or my daughter's hair feel. I am however a fan of the detangler and the curl vitalizer. It does wonders on the curls for my daughter's hair and mine. It provides so much moisture and definition to the curls.

I hope I provided some insightful information to these beauty products and hair care products. When it starts to get cooler, I start to experiment more with makeup because it's not melting off of my face. haha!

Enjoy!
