Every Book I read in 2020
I didn’t read as much as I usually do and you would think I would have since we’re living through a pandemic. However, the books that I did take the time to read this year was fantastic. I could not get enough of them and finished them in about 3 days or less. I generally go for non-fiction and you’ll see a few on my book list below but I hit the fiction hard this year and was not once disappointed in my selections.
Here’s what I read in 2020:
Something in the Water by Catherine Steadman
Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng
Leave the World Behind by Rumaan Alam
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert
The Path Made Clear by Oprah Winfrey
The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle
How to Talk so Little Kids will Listen by Joanna Faber
The First Wife by Jill Childs
Defending Jacob by William Landay
The Montessori Toddler by Simone Davies
The Call of the Wild and Free by Ainsley Arment
The Read-Aloud Family by Sarah Mackenzie
The Brave Learner by Julie Bogart
The Well-Trained Mind by Susan Wise Beauer and Jessie Wise
The Wives by Tarryn Fischer
That Kind of Mother by Ruamaan Alam
Looking back at it all, I actually read more than I thought I did. A few of †hese were audiobooks which I highly recommend listening to books while you do other things! I also recommend buying digital copies to read on your phone. I have finished so many books on my phone while simply breastfeeding late at night which is a better use of time than scrolling Instagram at 3 in the morning. Jusy saying!
